Computer Belt Loop
The Cub Scout Academics and Sports program is a supplemental enrichment program that complements the existing Cub Scout program. The Academics subjects and Sports activities allow boys to learn new techniques, increase scholarship skills, develop sportsmanship-and have fun. The Computer Belt Loop can be earned by completing the following requirements.
Explain the parts of a personal computer: central processing unit (CPU), monitor, keyboard, mouse, modem, and printer. (Done with Scouting the Web Award)
Demonstrate how to start up and shut down a personal computer properly.
Use your computer to prepare and print a document.
